* Every even numbered fiscal year, community colleges receive 5 state payments and in odd numbered years, 3 state payments. Colleges may accrue the 5th payment into the prior fiscal year. (SB 1022, Third Special Session, 71st Oregon Legislative Assembly)
** District Taxes consist of 1) current year's; 2) prior years collected; 3) tax offsets; 4) timber taxes.
*** Includes Special Fees, Interest Income, sales of Goods & Services, etc., but excludes Debt Service Funds.
